What products can I sell?

What happens if the AI identifies the wrong product?

To ensure fairness, if the AI vision is uncertain about a transaction, the video clip is automatically flagged and sent to professional human reviewers. This double-check ensures that customers are never overcharged and operators don't lose inventory due to technical glitches

What happens if a customer takes an item and then puts it back?

Rest assured, customers will not be incorrectly charged. The moment a customer opens the WEIMI AI vending machine door, the built-in cameras automatically record the entire shopping session. Once the door is closed, the video is securely uploaded to the cloud for computer vision analysis. The system precisely tracks whether items are taken out or returned, ensuring customers are only billed for what they actually keep. If an item is put back, no charge will be applied.
