Can I buy one sample machine?
Yes. You can purchase one sample machine, and our minimum order is one machine. We also offer volume-based pricing and distributor pricing. Contact our sales team for details.
Can I become an exclusive agent?
Yes, exclusive agency partnerships are available. Sales targets depend on the country and market. We will discuss the territory, targets and cooperation terms with you individually.
What support do you provide?
We provide free product training, sales materials and remote technical support. For branding customization, spare parts and local repair guidance, please discuss the arrangements with our sales team.
How much does the AI service cost?
We charge US$0.05 per completed transaction across all models and markets, with no fixed monthly SaaS fee. We currently charge no other AI service fees.
When does the warranty start, and what does it cover?
Our 18-month warranty starts on the date your machine completes production. It covers all hardware and software, except deliberate human damage. Contact our team for warranty assistance and free remote technical support.
